Eurofurence 15 is over and is missed since the day we left. We met many new friends and seen many old. Snowy's first appearance at a furry convention was a blast, as many people wanted to hug her. You don't see pink vixens daily.. do you?

This year 910 people stayed at Eurofurence. While the Ringberg Hotel can 'only' hold 600.

This year's Eurofurence for us was a big learningcurve. We learned a lot from Croc and Yippeecoyote about the DO's and DON'T's when it comes to animal costuming. Having their stories told what can go wrong and how to interact with people that are not interested in you, or how to avoid scaring people, and such. We made many notes, so we will defininately keep it in our minds.

Today Sneeuwvos and Snowy bought two tickets for Elf Fantasy Fair 2009 in Arcen. They are going the 19th of September 2009. Tonight Sneeuwvos told it to whiteshadowfox , and suprisingle he and shivonhusky already bought tickets.

Recently I have heard many positive things about Toyota cars. I wanted to see it for myself so I went to the Toyota dealer near here and asked if I may see the Toyota Aygo.

Before I knew it I was having the most expensive Toyota Aygo car for a test drive. My conclutions: bigger than thought, two big spaces behind the car I can't monitor for traffic, no back seats for people with long legs, not easy to park, ... must I go on?

Now I remember again why I choose my Smart ForTwo City Coupé Brabus. Definately a keeper!.

Grrr to those video codecs, grrr to those video editing software, grrr to switching from PC to Mac and vise versa. We had so many troubles editing HD video footage, but we succeeded.. I hope you'll like the video.

Today, Snowy was crying to see Sneeuwvos go to the doctor.. His hind paws, mouth and neck need to get a makeover. Snowy is hoping he'll be back soon, but she knows her boyfriend will look even better after.

In other news: Snowy is thinking of setting up a skit to perform on stage at Eurofurence 15.

Will they succeed?

The Dierenbescherming is one of the largest animal protection organisation of the Netherlands.

The organisation publishes the magazine once in a while. But what a suprise! I'm seeing a photo of fursuiters with me in it!

It is a photo that was taken last year at the Doggywalk. I must say, it's a big honor to be in a magazine like this!

Remember Doggywalk 2008? Well today Sneeuwvos and Snowy went to Doggywalk 2009!

Last year around 6 fursuiters showed up. This year 11 fursuiters showed up! (Aestir, Dizzle, WhiteShadowFox, Shivon, CyanFur, Kaelin, Garrodor, Storm, Sneeuwvos, Snowy)

I want to thank the following persons in special:
- Shivon for the present he had brought with him for me for my birthday. (That was freaking last year!!!).

I've been playing Second Life from the first time I heard about it. I also met some people in real life that I first met in SL. In SL I've been shopping, building houses and theme parks, programmed stuff and chatted a lot.

I had a real life relationship going on since the beginning of 2001 till Jun of 2007. And due to the distance between us, it was very nice to meet online in a virtual world.

But I haven't played it much anymore since the end of 2007 due to life changes. I recently logged in to see if it could still be fun. But it wasn't and I decided to cancel my account.

I have had a lot of fun in Second Life, but I like first life better :)

Koninginnedag/Queen's Day is a national holiday in the Netherlands. On this day people will be selling second handed stuff and wear orange clothes ("color of The Netherlands").

Remember the Snowy fursuit? Of course you do! Snowy was sent to us at late December 2008 and it didn't arrive after 1 month.. 2 months.. but after 3 months the package arrived back to the respectful creator Lucky! Due to just one small mistake in the house number.

We are glad to read on Lucky's journal that the suit has arrived and she will be shipped to the correct address this time. Lucky feels sorry about what happened and will ship a gift with it.
